The Notice Method: Return to Connection

An 8-week journey to reconnect to yourself, others, and nature, so you can embody freedom and inner peace.

On the journey, we’ll explore…

  • What limits connection in your closest relationships from a nervous system lens

  • How your relationship dynamics are a mirror for the connection you have with yourself

  • Why your connection to nature is your greatest teacher

  • Deepen your relationships enough to feel truly seen and known

  • Remember your innate worth, wholeness and heart with unshakable reverence

  • Feel a sense of oneness and learn from the great wisdom of Mother Earth

So you can…

Because when you live from connection…

  • You feel safe enough to ask for help, laugh (and cry) freely with others, and set down the masks, defences, and protection

  • You are anchored in yourself with a depth of trust and integrity, and operate from love with boundaries

  • You can be moved to tears by a gentle gust of wind and are rooted in the infinite peace of the present moment

Connection is at the core of our human experience.

Our time here is to remember that every inevitable conflict, every self-criticism, and every moment of despair are doorways to deeper connection with each other, ourselves and the collective.

This training is for you, if….

  • You are introspective, self-reflective and seek to understand yourself more deeply.

  • You are aware of your relationship patterns, but still repeat them.

  • You have one (or many) relationships that are important to you, but also trigger you.

  • You move quickly and life often feels like a joyless to-do list.

  • You long to be met, understood, and belong, but you feel disconnected, and sometimes even alone, in your current relationships.

  • You resonate with the concept of nature as a teacher

Connection can be cultivated. It is a practice, a skill, and a lifestyle.

And it starts within.

The more you can stay present with yourself, the more choice you have in how you meet the people you love.

The Notice Method is the foundational framework.

The Notice Method is a science-backed practice for returning to the present moment, reconnecting to yourself and expanding your capacity to stay with others when it matters most.

It is rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, self-compassion, and parts work, and shaped through real practice and lived experience.

The practice is simple enough to use in the middle of an argument.

It’s deep enough to change how you relate to yourself, others and the world over time.

And practical enough to take with you into your relationships, your work, your family, and everyday life.

"I noticed remarkable differences in my approach to my day to day life using The Notice Method." — SR, past participant

The arc of the 8-week journey

Over 8 weeks, we'll move from understanding → awareness → presence → self-trust → deeper connection.

Each week builds on the last, helping you develop capacity in a safe, titrated, trauma-informed way as the training progresses.

By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have more than a new tool. You’ll have a new way to be with yourself and others that allows you to stay grounded, present, and most importantly, true to yourself in your relationships.

"I love the format! Great information, but not overwhelming." — FS, past participant

About me

For much of my life, I felt unseen, unheard, and misunderstood. That silence grew into a deep internal shame and fed the belief that I was somehow both too much and not enough.

To cope, I developed strategies that helped me feel safe but kept me from feeling truly connected: fawning, people-pleasing, codependency, perfectionism, and isolation.

They worked. And they kept me from the thing I wanted most: genuine belonging.

Slowly, through therapy, journaling, meditation, and learning about the nervous system, things began to shift.

I started to understand that my shame stories weren't proof that something was inherently wrong with me.

They were parts in me that needed to be witnessed, held, accepted, and loved.

Later, through practices like mindfulness, somatic work, and parts work, I discovered ways to meet these parts of myself with compassion instead of judgment. And noticed the ripple effect this had on the quality and depth of my relationships.

Eventually, it became The Notice Method. A simple practice that combines it all.
