This personalized one-on-one program integrates mindfulness, somatic practices, neuroscience, and psychology to ground your nervous system and introduce an entirely new way of connecting to yourself and the world around you.

The Details

4 weeks to a deeper connection to your mind, body and nervous system.

Weekly 60-minute sessions with the option for virtual, in-person (in Gibsons) or a mix of both. We meet when it works with your schedule — mornings, afternoons or evenings.

Don’t worry about your summer plans – if you need to pause or extend the journey for a week or two, we’ll do that. This is a flexible and customizable program designed to support you, not stress you out.

About Olivia

For years, I was living life based on what others thought I “should” do, instead of responding and creating from my own truth. The Notice Method was how I came back to myself after years of disconnection, low self-worth and numbness. The framework came to me during my 200hr Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, and has evolved through my work in professional counselling, somatic therapy, parts work and yoga. This practice is the reason I don’t wake up with a pit of dread in my stomach anymore. Why I have deep, meaningful relationships. And, it’s the reason I can finally let myself rest without the guilt. Because I am a safe place now. I trust myself now. And now, I make decisions based on my feelings instead of other people’s opinions. I am honoured to share this practice with you that has changed my life, so that you can change yours, too.
