Each week builds on the last, and there will always be a check-in, a discussion with supportive, practical tool(s), and take-home contemplations to integrate the practices.

About The Notice Method
The Notice Method is a way of being that creates small shifts over time to calm your nervous system and rewire neural pathways so you can move through daily stressors with ease. It’s a head-heart-body approach for holistic healing.

This is not a one-time, quick fix.
It’s a process of forgetting and remembering. A commitment to come back to the practice, time and again. It is about embracing your humanness, your messiness, your pain and your deepest love.
About Olivia
For years, I was reacting to life as a victim of my circumstances instead of responding and creating from grounded presence. The Notice Method was how I came back to myself (and how I continue to come back when life gets challenging, as it inevitably does.) The framework came to me during my 200hr Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, and has evolved with me through my work in professional counselling, somatic therapy, parts work and yoga. This practice is the reason I don’t get swept up in my inner darkness. Why I can get up and do what’s needed in times of hardship (not from willpower, but from capacity). It’s the reason I can finally let myself rest (without the guilt.) Because I am a safe place now, to hold all of my pain with honesty, without blame, and even find gratitude. I am honoured to share this practice with you that has changed my life, so you can change yours, too.

Cancellation Before Event:
If you change your mind before the event and someone can take your spot, we will refund you.
