The Details
8 weeks to a deeper connection to your mind, body and nervous system.
Weekly 60-minute sessions with the option for virtual, in-person (in Gibsons) or a mix of both.
Don’t worry about your summer plans – if you need to pause or extend the journey for a week or two, we’ll do that. This is a flexible and customizable container designed to support you, not stress you out.

About Olivia
For years, I was reacting to life as a victim of my circumstances instead of responding and creating from grounded presence. The Notice Method was how I came back to myself (and how I continue to come back when life gets challenging, as it inevitably does.) The framework came to me during my 200hr Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training, and has evolved with me through my work in professional counselling, somatic therapy, parts work and yoga. This practice is the reason I don’t get swept up in my inner darkness. Why I can get up and do what’s needed in times of hardship (not from willpower, but from capacity). And it’s the reason I can finally let myself rest (without the guilt.) Because I am a safe place now, to hold all of my pain with honesty, without blame, and even find gratitude. I am honoured to share this practice with you that has changed my life so that you can change yours, too.
