Meet Olivia

Olivia is a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, an accredited Life Skills Coach and is currently pursuing her Professional Counselling Diploma. After years of people-pleasing, playing small and feeling stuck, her own mindfulness journey led her to make transformative changes.

As a mindfulness coach, Olivia’s intention is to empower you to begin your own personal pilgrimage toward your most aligned self. Guided by empathy, she supports you in discovering your true essence, expressing self-compassion and suspending your worries to embody a truly spirited, soulful life.

Using meditation, mindfulness practices and somatic techniques, Olivia will assist you in navigating the complexities of your mind and emotions. You will learn to recognize and release old patterns, uncover hidden truths and embrace your inherent worthiness.

Monthly Meditation

Join me for Monthly Meditations - drop-in online on the first Monday of every month from 7-8pm PST hosted via ZOOM.

The idea behind this offering is to create space for monthly introspection, reflection and intention setting to move through each month with mindfulness and surrender, finding the balance between trusting and doing.

Taking just 1 hour a month to settle, tap in and connect with your heart is a beautiful gift to yourself and can have powerful results! Together, we'll use this time to deeply relax, breathe, and bring our attention inwards.

This time is for you. It is mostly an internal practice; if there's time at the end, we may invite sharing but the intention is to spend this time with you.

NOTICE

NOTICE is a 4-week online group coaching program that offers an affordable way to deepen your relationship with yourself and build community with like-hearted people.

You will learn tools and resources (including custom-guided meditations and somatic techniques) to support you in cultivating self-awareness, connecting to your heart, and identifying limiting beliefs and unhelpful thinking patterns that may be holding you back.

SPACE IS LIMITED. The intention is to create an intimate container for safe exploration and deep connection.

How do I schedule my appointment?

This is your journey and choosing a coach that you resonate with is an essential part of the process. Book a FREE 30-minute Discovery Call to learn more about the process and see if it could be right for you.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! Choose from packages of 3, 6 and 9 sessions, as well as individual sessions. All sessions are 60-minutes and hosted online.

Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my purchase?

All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided. The option to defer credit to be used on future purchases might be possible, upon case-by-case evaluation.
